So, uh.

Self driving "taxies" are now a massive attack vector since there is no "logical brain" in charge. You can weaponized this in so many ways it is shocking. We should either require these things to have a "escape/attack" protocol (which could also be weaponized) or ban them entirely.

I'll add that I don't think that trusting an autonomous vehicle is too much different from trusting a random pilot or bus/taxi driver, especially not in 2025.

You are absolutely right about this sort of thing potentially being government mandated under the guise of safety. I've been telling 2A advocates for years anytime they cited the statistics about traffic related fatalities vastly overshadowing firearm involved fatalities. That was before anyone even knew anything about LLMs.
