I went to "help" in the manufacturing area once and had to explain how to attach a gas connection that is common sense type stuff except where a gadgets goes. And how to do it simply. Still didn't get it right after two tries. Company used to have tons of white males. Now invaded by India. What a shit show. My expert level goes up only because the standards have drowned into cheap pajeet labor. My manager explained that company is willing to pay for all the fuck ups at the cost of lower wages though. I think they may have miscalculated.
