As someone who worked in most of the big (((corporations))) as a non-IT contractor, this is absolutely correct and something I observed myself.

For each competent White there is at least 20 pajeets or woke Whites that are completely useless and basically that smart guy is doing all the work in his department.

You could spot these people from a mile away inside of those degenerate fortresses. Intelligent eyes doing their best to disguise hate and disgust for all that surrounds them. When we would see each other we would immediately know what we think, but would remain silent.

Horror. Whites need to strart their business and hire and support only each other.

Well, the first thing that started to "fix" X was that they fired about 75% of their staff.. And no one has really noticed.

Every one of those people were not needed in the first place and were administrative bloat or just useless.

I'm getting a company started up right now. Difficult industry, so it's a long breakthrough. Key is not to get in debt for it, no investors to dictate you what to do and network with people like us. And of course, stay away from kikes, never do ANYTHING with them.

I rented something we needed from a company with a jewish manager, it was too late when I met her, and it was a pure nightmare. They would rather try to screw you over for a few shekels than treat you well and earn a returning customer for life.

Build a proverbial wall.

Make factories and distribution centers in major urban hubs like every modern corporation does but also create isolated private company towns where nobody owns their own home until their family has lived in it for 100 years, call them R&D towns and claim that its the only way not to fall prey to corporate subterfuge but you only move employees in by merit and loyalty and we don't do public tours.

What you are really making are large european style towns in the Appalachians or other isolated mountain ranges designed to survive the collapse and possibly prevent it while also becoming so locally economically crucial that no local martial force could justify harming your mission/operations.

The direct mission is to be highly economically active, entirely self sufficient, energy, worker and geographically hyper-efficient and for every woman to have 2-5 children while obviously aiming for racial purity, meaning no blacks, browns or anyone who doesn't pass for white obviously no jews, not even converts that seem honest like brother nathaniel the second town will be a slightly relaxed version of this where the rule is one generation from white passing meaning we will let in japs koreans and some people who are mixed white and various asian or hispanic types, this is gonna be the poster town that gets publicity and subsequent towns will be whites only.

To prevent being drone striked by the jewish demons who want us all dead we need to appear to do their bidding this is why we have exclave businesses that hire shitskins and the enclave we publicize is the only one with some diversity and we make it look the least european architecturally it will have a unique style of high efficiency futurism and be the portal for federal agencies to investigate the tech before it enters the market no feds should step on any of our other soil.

With a replacement rate of 2 and a capped population at 45K per town by generation three we will be dumping 10s of thousands of 120IQ+ whites into the world from just one city every decade, the goal should be to build 2 of these keystone towns every 7 years, in 50 years we will have nearly half a million people living in 14 towns all over the anglosphere every 15-20 years that same number of people with a similar birthrate and culture will pour out into the surrounding towns and cities and with the mission to retake all institutions for our people. Each consecutive generation will get smarter because while our goal is white loyalty we will encourage families to make the most promising child of a generation the inheritor of the home and send the others not invited to a new town out into the world and our testing apparatus in the schools will select the smartest kids for placement opportunities in the new towns. We can probably come up with a conversion strategy for taking an existing small town and using our people to dominate its politics and business while supporting the local white population and improving their education and lot. Considering each of these keystone towns is going to be ~$2B endeavor conversions will be vastly cheaper due to not having to flatten a mountain and lay infrastructure but they wont have the opportunity to fortify or keep private to anywhere near the extent of the keystone towns. I have dozens of business ideas that could be used to float these converted towns and the keystone towns but the goal is to get families within to produce goods and services.

I have a semirigid cultural and social structure in mind and we would need to be recruiting on the basis of compatible individuals but we wouldn't just be screening employees at our exclave businesses, I have an idea for a recruitment pipeline to reach disaffected whites of a certain stripe and probe them for compatibility, after a time we will have a profile we can use to precisely scour our social media holdings for compatible individuals.

It is imperative that this operation be 100% private ownership.

Put me in touch with any white multi-billionaire that wants to save white civilization an I'll give him the full plans, the above was barely an outline of the tip of the shape of thing I have in my mind.

This is 100% correct. At most Fortune 500s, there are a handful of old white males who can rebuild core infrastructure in the event of a major outage. Beyond their tribal knowledge, most critical systems are black boxes that go down in flames if anyone else touches them.

The Boomers in charge refuse to train new people in those areas because it's "legacy technology" and not some bleeding edge bullshit the Boomers were told about at sales conferences.

The boomers refuse to hire based upon merit, so there's almost no new one who CAN learn those skills.

Any who can learn take one look at the river of DEI bullshit rapidly destroying the industry, pull a van & stock options routine, and retire as 4chan pointed out.

It's currently a race between IT losing the ability to maintain Boomer pension software and fiscal realities to see which stops the pension checks first. That's the only thing which will turn this DEI ship around.

I know someone in a big tech company who does programming, and its a shit show. Theyve been gaslighting his potential and while they kept his pay the same, they demoted him, which implies theres no further progression that can happen at that company. He talked to his team and they all assured him that he's the only reason they are there because they're loyal to him. One person quit to move onto bigger and better things, and now the whole team including him are looking for new jobs and will all quit about the same time. Say good bye to your loyal hardworking team, Company.

I put in my 2 weeks notice several years ago at one Black Company (Japanese term). And I started the exits. They had 4 or 5 leave in that month and the fat ass that thought he was keeping shit together and going left several months after that. They insisted on running a skeleton crew and I hope they have had nothing but a never ending treadmill of rejects.

Oh man, trying to get more people for the team. The hiring manager kept giving us contracted pajeets. Every, single, one was completely incompetent. But you know what? They were "cheap". We had to fire every single one of them.

Still trying to get more people on the team but the job has already gotten something like 600+ resumes and the vast majority of them clearly did not even read the job listing and are just applying to anything they can. God help you if you manage to hire someone that actually can do their job at this point.

Almost all of my "good" coworkers are all in their late 40's to mid 50's. The shitty ones are all in their late 20's to mid 30's and barely work at all.

Anyone that is actually good at what they do will probably only stick around for a year or two max.

My company deals with chips. I've worked for 27y there. They are dealing with similar issues. Hiring masters from india. Everywhere now in offices they are. I went to "help" in the manufacturing area once and had to explain how to attach a gas connection that is common sense type stuff except where a gadgets goes. And how to do it simply. Still didn't get it right after two tries.
Company used to have tons of white males. Now invaded by India. What a shit show. My expert level goes up only because the standards have drowned into cheap pajeet labor. My manager explained that company is willing to pay for all the fuck ups at the cost of lower wages though. I think they may have miscalculated.

Pareto principle. The minority of people anyways did the heavy lifting with many coasting. DEI got rid of like half of everyone to have more browns.

Because browns are the most important thing, some of those replaced were heavy lifters.

If you had even some mild retardation in management (many did, they got DEIed to) its possible you accidentally shoahed most or even all if your heavy lifters and now you literally can't do anything at all.
