This reminds me of high school... they removed all of the door locks of the bathroom toilet stalls so school administrators can have unfettered access to the kids' privacy... They claim it was to stop the smoking in bathrooms.

I actually know precisely what you're talking about... My HS had no stall doors in the men's room for exactly the same bullshit reason. You could only shit peaceably in a closed lockable stall w/ observable gaps in the teachers lounge bathroom or the student's one that also had doors directly beside the principals office.
