Possibilities to resolve conflicts:

Elizabeth warren must either be mired in a scandal that has her nomination replaced during the campaign, she is assassinated between Nov 2nd and Jan 2nd of 2020/2021, she has a sex change, or there is no untied states, or a coup happens and she is in exile, or martial law causes the presidency to not change hands.

Everything else is very simple.

I forgot a few other possibilities. She dies of natural causes. She is arrested on corruption charges. She is lying about more than being native American. It is discovered that she has been a man the whole time but the market for the nomination resolves before then.

Edit: Joe Biden has a sex change or identifies as a woman.. to garner support and clinch the nomination. Changes his mind after the election and or becomes gender non-binary and we don't have a woman president. Or congress passes a law explicitly defining gender between the dem nomination and Jan 2 2021, and it isn't recognized then.

I feel like Warren will ultimately beat Biden unless she has a major scandal. Biden is on top currently, but he's bleeding.
