Technicalities may work in that other world ... but on Poal, we hold our users to no such restrictions. The message was clear enough to any user to understand it and that is my ruling ... therefore your legal argument is null and void.
Guilty
I appeal this ruling to the full court. @Slumsta @Owlchemy @Krier55 @AOU @Sporkulon
Not guilty on the fact there not enough evidence presented to the courts at this time
Evidence of mishandling a situation.

The matter will be considered. File the appropriate briefs with seventy-two hours. Once received, the full court will take up the matter following summer recess.
So did all of the court justices discuss this ruling in the 5 minutes it took you to answer this? Or do you make unilateral decisions for the court without consulting other justices?
I'm pretty sure LEGALLY there is no standing to any argument that contains a typo. I want to hear what the other justices have to say on the matter.
You have the right to appeal any justice's order to the full court.
