I am re-banning all rule-breakers and updating the sidebar:

Comments will be a bannable offense -- this has long been an unwritten rule and I'm just formalizing it.

Users may be subject to a ban with no connection to a rule offense listed in the sidebar. It's necessary for moderators to have discretion in this to maintain order.

It turns out you can't ban mods. I would ask @SloppySecondsto please unmod everyone, reban, and then remod as necessary. Mods will be on the honor system from here on.

@SloppySecondsI have resigned as moderator so that I can be rebanned. Once banned, I would feel comfortable accepting a moderator position again.
