Is Delta 9 a brand or a different type of cannabis?

Its a specific compound that is considered a cannabinoid that is found along side things like THC/CBD. It is naturally occurring in "pot plants" but a lot of stuff they don't want legal (the psychoactive part) are too.

It's the main compound in cannabis and found in vapes and leaf/flower. Psychoactive for sure but doesn't really matter. A ban creates black markets but also helps to dump money into researching the creation of other thc derived products such as thc-a, thc-p, thc-h and a plethora of other things that claim to be hemp products or are fully synthetic so as to escape bans

They banned the shit that is weed. But it’s not positive in a testing method until it is burned. Thus stores could sell it as something else as the court can’t modify evidence to test.

When I heard this the first time I was like, genius loop hole but won’t last.
