They have some good arguments, but that doesn't mean that they will win the case. (((BlackRock))) can dump money into (((climate change))) lawyers and it might drop the suit.

I really hope that they can win this. If there is anything that we can all unify, it's energy.

I don’t think this goes anywhere. Texas is looking to get blackrock to move to Plano to open the Texas stock exchange. Billions of dollars of there will trump the energy sector

Well...shit. A Finnish group is trying to put a lithium battery facility in rural E. Texas. The nameplate rating would provide "emergency" electricity for only 2 hrs, an absurd concept. In rural country, I see this as another attack in the war on food.
