Constitutional Carry applies to 18-20 year olds, not just 21 and older.
If they want to say you're not an adult until 21, then raise the draft age to 21. Rescind the 26th amendment that lowered the voting age to 18. I got an all expense paid trip the Vietnam when I was 18.
