Every road you go on, there's always a county or state cop either driving by or chilling in one of their spots and splurging out on donuts. It's a phenomenon I've only encountered here, not the Carolinas, nor the Virginias, nor Kentucky.

I have noticed in the last week they are everywhere. Worked in Hamblen and Jefferson Co. Last week and there were 3 car cop convoys everywhere. No hint that somethings up though.
