I was speaking with a friend of mine who's been in Knoxville since 1989 or so. He said now he knows how his neighbors felt when he moved in.

All of these people need need to go back where they came from. This makes people from Nashville come here and jack up the housing market. Pieces of crap are starting at 250k. People have stopped getting home loans as well.
