Drinking OJ with pulp is not the same as eating oranges. OJ, due to the way it's stored and processed, has most of the flavour and odour removed and artificially replaced. Each brand uses their own set of perfume scientists to craft a specific flavour profile for their juice.
Eating oranges is eating oranges.
