For your privacy, avoid opening links that are IP addresses instead of known/familiar domain names. Some people with bad intentions can be behind these servers and use them to collect informations that can help them doxxing users.

IP - 216.218.239.22 - startpage.com - not exactly dangerous, but know the IP first.
startpage.com and 216.218.239.22 are the same thing for the most part. startpage.com is basically 218.218.239.22 and startpage.com is used as top level to make it easier to remember. Never know what link you are going to get though. Trackers these days especially.

NO SCRIPT - I don't use this one anymore since it's so heavy (powerful and/or works too well sometimes), but to knock out all scripts (might be sneaky somehow or clever to prevent NO Script from working properly or something like that) on a site for the most part if not all of them completely I recommend No Script. It can be a major pain to use though.
