Go out for a walk. Find a nice tree to sit under, then just lay back against the tree and sit. Don't think about anything, just listen to the birds. Hear all of the different sounds they make. Kick off your shoes and socks, let your bare feet touch the Earth. Stare ahead, look at nothing but see everything. Breathe and feel connected to it all.
