It is a damn fine tool, but not being a grease monkey I can't justify ever buying one. For me the ol husky lifetime warranty makes up the quality gap. Not like a home desperate employee is gonna call me out for putting a 5' cheater bar on it and torquing it way over spec.
Concur. I was a teenaged idiot when I bought my set, but felt compelled to keep the set matching after the theft. I have lots of Craftsman wrenches, and an assortment of other older US brands for everything else. I would note that Snap-On was one of (the?) first firms to incorporate ergonomic handles on their screwdrivers though.
