Wise is knowing when to shut up. Smart is actually shutting up.

Being smart is knowing what to say or do.

Being wise is knowing HOW to say what needs to be said, or HOW to do what needs to be done in order to affect the change what needs to occur.

If you figure you need to shut up, the. You’re probably smart, knowing what needs to be said.

But never shut up. Never stop acting towards the good end, even if it requires difficult or morally questionable actions.

Be wise about your statements and actions. Say what needs to be said. Do what needs to be done. Just do so in ways what will actually work.

Wisdom, when applied properly has amazing impact.

It doesn't have to be smart. Being smart is not always being wise, being wise is also not always being smart.

Even if it may not seem like the proper time or place. Not shutting up can be very important.

Though... Yeah. I say/do some stupid shit sometimes.
