I’ve been doing this for years. Primarily white guys, but some white women as well.
And it’s funny…i don’t have to try. I just pick the most qualified people to interview. Lo and behold…they’re almost always white.
After the interview, only the whites are left.

I remember when I was a teenager at my first job, the managers would go through the stack of applications each week and just throw out the ones with black and middle eastern sounding names. The ONE time that they hired a black it was a fucking train wreck so it was to avoided at all costs. Don't get me wrong - there was some low quality whites that worked there. But none came close the amount of bullshit that niggers introduced.
