Say you knew that....could you not pitch them to provide consulting to help them better target areas at the minimum, or site review, I mean you might not be an engineer, just a fucking lineman lets say.....what knowledge you got? And no you can't fix things in hours, it takes weeks, it takes you doing an analysis of the problem, listing your findings, and your proposed solutions for the problems.
