I use The Dough Guy's calculator see here (doughguy.co) for the dough, although I will switch to AP flour for the stromboli. I will have to write down what I include in the meals because I don't use recipes. I just go by feel.
Cool, thank you for sharing. I typically don't use recipes either in my normal cooking but I do when I bake to a degree. I'll check out the dough guys
