I did use brown sugar and added a quarter cup of Cocoa per @ChristoDeFetus suggestion and I also approve of that. It did not make it "chocolate" but it did give it just a hint of chocolate flavor. Thank you sir.

Yeah, you end up with a nice melting cake like that goes really well with coffee, hot chocolate and Pu’er Tea.
