Yes, we need more Poalrs to step up and actively contribute posts and comments on a regular basis. We've relied far too long on a few active posters to give us our content. I have stepped up my game recently for this very reason. It's not as fun as simply consuming other people's posts, but it does help keep Poal active.
Sadly we aren't successfully taking on new users regularly. Every new account seems to be sus and here to waste our time. The sleepers are definitely here to waste our time. That leaves the rest of us to take up the slack. The bulk of our content comes from level_101, -____-, Professor_de_la_paz and of course AOU. We need to help them out and make our own posts and comments as well. Get in the game Poalrs.
I’m trying. My problem is this is the place that shoveled the best news first. I’ve pretty much abandoned all my other sites since they are hours at best, days at worst or never behind.
Even the cybersecurity sites are no more than regurgitated ai slop.
And even the articles that are good, it’s sad to find a single word, so should be do, or such that makes me sus that it’s not about dead internet. I’m gonna coin this phrase here, it’s zombie internet.
I don’t X much and get links from buddies, and that’s usually faster than news or even Professor and Twitchy.
I personally hate twitchy because it’s all links/ text and not screen caps, how hard to link an image to the post? Maybe it’s a copyright thing.

Yeah it's a tough job. I often use jewgle news filtered to the last 24 hours and sorted by time to get (((MSM))) content. That of course means archiving most of it because of the garbage it contains. It takes time and it sucks to wade through some much crap. I learned to appreciate the work of our most active posters by taking on this challenge myself. It isn't easy to find good content but we should all try to post a little something as often as we can find it.

I realized that you and a small handful of other Poalrs were providing the bulk of the content I was selfishly consuming while not giving back. Your work in posting content helps keep Poal healthy and I felt it was time I do my part at a greater level. It does take quite some effort, especially when deciding what should be archived and even what sub should be chosen (we don't have enough subs to adequately categorize a lot of posts into). Because of that effort, I realize how much you guys have done for this site and am humbled by your commitment to it. Thank you for your great service to Poal and Poalrs. You all are absolutely worthy of your red pill statuses.

Any chance you could publish a graph of daily unique hits? No other data needed, just a number. Would really depend on what your host provides unless you do that on-site.
