I called the local utility to ask about work being done in the neighborhood. The CSR, D'Marius (yes, I asked him to spell his name) was next to useless. To top it off, he was clearly working from home because I could hear the damn smoke alarm chirping in the background!

I see the job ads for those type of jobs all the time - maybe $15/hr to be absolutely worthless, its like Hegelian Dialectic to get AI chat bots instead.
