How about dropping requirements that corporations benefit anyone?

I'll go further, how about dropping the idea that corporations can have personhood?

That is a recent court ruling. Previously, it had been ruled that corporations were not persons, therefore could not be legally pursued. Mike moore details that point in "Capitalism"

I agree with the personhood idea too, who ever came up with that one must have had blackmail on all the fucking congressmen, cause who would agree that a corporation has the same rights as a person, at the same time being mandated by law to serve the shareholders only

I agree, there are a bunch of changes that need to go with it though. If you only made that one change, then every business would have to be owned by one person or a group of people. While I am all in for suing the shit out of CEOs or other directors when they do something rotten and giving them no ability to just have the corporation pay a tiny fraction of the huge profits that were made, the first thing that would happen is kikes would just sue mom and pop shops into the ground, wiping out all competition. There would also need to be many reforms in the courts, the laws around share ownership etc.

I admit I didn't think this all the way through, but yah, corporations shouldn't be able to shield malfeasance.
