Ford vs Dodge made it the law that corporations must operate the company for the shareholders' benefit, not to to benefit employees and customers. What if we can reverse that and make it the law that corporations must benefit to employees and customers first. Shareholders last.

I agree with the personhood idea too, who ever came up with that one must have had blackmail on all the fucking congressmen, cause who would agree that a corporation has the same rights as a person, at the same time being mandated by law to serve the shareholders only
