Ford vs Dodge made it the law that corporations must operate the company for the shareholders' benefit, not to to benefit employees and customers. What if we can reverse that and make it the law that corporations must benefit to employees and customers first. Shareholders last.

i bet if the public at large was made aware of the issue and had a chance to vote to reverse the ruling the vast majority on both sides would be in favor of it
