We do all that sort of training on our own. We're assigned 'classes' to take and we attend virtually.

Pro: You can fast forward to the end of the videos and still pass the quizzes with ease. Con: No free donuts and coffee.

Elite pro: let the video play at normal speed unattended in the background (mute it) so if they monitor how long you played the video you are covered.. Type the question and all multiple choice answers into Grok (on another computer or phone not on the conpany network) and let it justify why an answer is correct. If it sounds right, choose that answer. If not, ask Grok "but what about" and have it defend the answer again. 100%

My previous employer didn't allow for fast forwarding either. Mute was the only way to make the classes palatable.
