Actually, I love this idea. The only exceptions will be stuff like rape/murder/pedo. That all gets Capital punishment to be executed in no more than 72 hours from conviction.

I would even be happy to send them to where they are going on a first class ticket and give them $5k in cash to go with them. It's still cheaper than them existing in America for any period of time.

[Edit] Humm the act needs a extra provision though. Any family member that wants to go with them can elect to do so under the same terms. First class ticket, $5k cash, renounced citizenship and banned for life under penalty of death.

Can we sterilize them too before they're "exported"?

Acknowledging there is a cash outlay associated with the export, this will modestly detract from GDP figures. However the savings in gibs expenditures will be yuge and should facilitate a correlating reduction in federal spending. We should write up a business plan and forward it to the orange man for consideration/implementation...

Well, I suggest rather that we just end all AID (food and medical) to any nation that is not "Western" and the problem solves itself. (Oh, and if we catch anyone redirecting our aid, they are banned from aid for 50 years).

The only reason they breed like rabbits is because we give them food and medication that they could never make themselves. Take away that and all of a sudden the population will crash in 1 year.
