They already exist. South Chicago, Eastern San Diego, parts of Minneapolis. Most of the places where blood/crips rule or where Obama parked Somali refugees

I thought the cops rarely went in to those areas - not never. Also, those areas still receive fire and ambulance services as well as other services.

The niggers need to be entirely cut off from all modern services. Leave things they way they are right now and just stop servicing everything. Let it all deteriorate.
