Someone I know recently sold their convenience store. He's kept in touch with the new Indian owners after closing. The family brought in a brother-in-law to be part of the ownership group. I am assuming this is for tax break purposes as he is new in the country. The short of the story is they come to find out the brother-in-law was stealing from the business for tens of thousands of dollars in a few month period. I find this hilarious.

Selling your store to street shitters is treason.

It was on the market for a while I don't recall him ever mentioning an offer that wasn't from an Indian.
