I don't think the oligarchs are that smart. But we'll see.

They aren't that smart, but this isn't a game of intelligence. This is a wealth game. They have more wealth than the rest of us therefore they get to set the rules. The poor starving masses will beg them for help rather than fight them. They know this because that's what they have observed throughout history and are just repeating the tried and true methods. We need to change the game by rising up rather than bowing down.
