Not yet, but it's guaranteed at this point. SK likes to use the process as a punishment; he can't work on his visa and he can't leave, so he's flat broke, and the trials could go for over two years. On top of that it gives him even more time to add to his charges. He's got a guaranteed 5 years due to the deep fakes (up to 10), the child sexual harassment could give him another 10 (from memory), and there's three obstruction of business which are potentially 5 years each. Considering SK has a 98% conviction rate when charges are referred for prosecution, he's facing up to 35 years just based on the current charges, and there's a lot of other things they can charge him for so he could well be in prison for the rest of his life.
