We must infiltrate the institutions and systematically purge those who cling to the old power, from the bottom first, then we work our way up. We must value strategy and seize the power, so that we out gun, out man, and overwhelm the enemy from the start. We just don't have the numbers for an all out war, we are so close to being outnumbered, have patience. We must develop a plan, a grand one.
