Getting ready to go check on her today and she was found dead in her home. For those of you who experience drinking problems or know someone that does, get help and don't give up trying to get and give that help.

Dying alone is not how things are supposed to end. Tell the people you love- no matter how big a pia they are, that you love them. Don't give up on them.

Don't give up on yourself.

Don't give up.

Especially don't give up on sharing the love of Christ, even the strongest Christians need the reminder in this life. Its hard.

Thanks but I've been struggling with that lately and especially now.

Look to the positive message in the new testament the negative is the way of the world and leads to destruction the good is the way to life. Galatians 5 helps when you are faced with the crap of the world. My prayers are with you and yours Mr. Hairpie

Our prayers are with you. May Jesus Christ protect her and bless your family. It is hard when someone has a problem that is out of control. Almost impossible to escape unless Jesus Christ changes the hearts, soles and behavior of the person. It is rough on all who are involved. It is time release all the stress of the problem and place it in Gods hands. He got her and the addiction from here. His compassion, grace and mercy is great on people who have been caught up with snares of this world. He will bless your family and take care of her.

I'm really sorry for your loss.

I remember you telling us about her in a post a few months back.

Thank you, it's been hell waiting, knowing it's going to happen but also waiting for the sliver of the chance to get her into rehab and be the person that we knew and loved.

Lots of darkness with this loss. so unnecessary.

Sorry for your loss. That, indeed, is a very shitty way to go. Prayers to you.

Thank you. We cleaned her apartment yesterday and there is nothing like cleaning your loved one's blood off the floors and bath. It's an out-of-body experience...

Prayers are much appreciated...
