No, there's nothing wrong with this site.
There's simply no directive on what must be posted, and Poalrs are free to post and upvote what they like, as long as it doesn't violate the ToS.

I take full responsibility for the shit content . However I simple don't care. Make your own content if the free one provided to you isn't good enough
I am the change I want to see. My high quality posts should rightly be at the top of the list, but these echo chamber yokels would prefer to upvote mediocre and unfunny memes.
Thus why there's nothing wrong with Poal, but with those who are posting and upvoting content you deem mediocre and unfunny.
