A warning to anyone going carnivore: make sure that your meat has some good fat on it, if all you eat is very lean meat like rabbit, you won't do very well.

Apparently the trick with rabbit to avoid "rabbit starvation" is to break the bones and boil out the marrow. No idea if that actually works but its better than starving slowly if it dose.

That is also a good idea.. Though I don't know if I have ever eaten predator meat. The only exception probably being fish or snake I think?

Though, if you are starving... Then you do you what you have to.

For years I did keto just because it felt much better mentally, physically, and I slept better. Sugar would give me a headache and carbs would hurt my stomach. Your gut biome adapts to what you feed it, so it discards that which breaks down the carbs.

These days I omnivore things but try to keep solid carbs low. Definitely no soda or candy or cookies.

Eat fatty red meat.

Simple carnivore diet - Grass fed ground beef, eggs, cheddar cheese, and butter. Throw in some fatty fish or omega 3's and you'll be good.

Salt your food, eat lots of fat, and maybe some magnesium supplements for electrolyte balance.

Agree. I had to have hips replaced last year. Doc said lose some weight. I couldnt walk without pain. I cut out bread and pasta and dropped 30 pounds in 6 months with no increase in excersize. Ill eat pizza every once in awhile now and I feel bloated and groggy afterwards.
