You serious?

Absolutely, i've joined an mma gym in my 40s. I've spent more time injured the past few months than anything else. A decade + of steady weight lifting has left me rigid af. I can stand and box w/ the best. My ground game just wasn't there I realized after joining. I'm no longer 19 and made of rubber. Anyways if you wanna view my midlife crisis in technicolor i'll sell you a ticket. It's basically me getting my ass whipped every other week.

I should get back into yoga/gym. This getting older thing is weirding me out. My gym warmup is basically yoga anyway.

I applaud thee. You are likely to discover the increasing primacy of yoga, particularly as you transition from your 5th to 6th decade of life. Pliability, flexibility, suppleness and balance augmented strength are the keys to the longevity kingdom.
