IIRC, FE2 was an affliction (Hemochromatosis) caused by using adrenochrome too often or those who drink blood. Creates too much iron in their bloodstream and can lead to a miserable death. Anons were talking about this in late 2017-2018 wrt adrenochrome and satanic blood drinking rituals.
