sometimes, it depends. Trapped hogs are often fed for awhile, of course shot ones arent.

I'd imagine the meat is a little more lean on a wild hog.

It can be, you know how some people say wild meat is gamey? Like alot of people dont like venison. It really depends on how its prepared and cooked.
