Yes I know. But I was wondering if it could be triggered by melodic things and or repetitive noises. Cuz as I said in the post previously I woke up in and out of REM sleep and was fighting musical notes like things that look like rainbow colored waves of audio, I was trying to swat them away.
Try to sleep with white noise playing through a small speaker next to your bed.
That's a good idea. My father does that, he swears by it but I found it kind of annoying but at this point I'm having a hard time sleeping now and I got to try something.
Works for me, I have a hard time sleeping without it.
It covers noise pollution that might occur at night (wakes me up instantly).
