I wonder if that could contribute to some of my issues with sleeping and then also waking up and fighting with sleep demons trying to kill me. I took a nap this afternoon and put some ambient music on and I had a really hard time napping. I'd go in and out of REM sleep and be really annoyed by what I was hearing. I can recall swatting at it. Like I was able to swat at the music floating around me (while I was sort of awake).
