Eat lots of fatty fish (wild salmon etc). Inuit/Eskimos ate nothing but seal blubber and fish (high in Omega 3) and never had any kind of depression until they started eating processed food and pounding the booze hard, and they have to go through 2-3 months each year where the sun doesn't rise for them. I don't know anywhere that would sell seal blubber to eat South of Alaska, but you can get the fish.

Certain kinds of stinky cheeses make from organic unpasturized high quality mik, yes. Goy slop that is made from cows loaded with hormones and drugs pass that shit on to you when you drink it. Pasteurization kills all of the really beneficial components. Also, there are 2 different kinds of milk protein. Casein A and Casein B. One is easily processed by the body and one causes inflammation and digestion issues, blocks absorption of vitams etc. Guess which one we have have and guess which on is found in cows in a small area of Switzerland.
I know that feel. Get a happy light. Not the same as the real thing, but it helps. Avoid carbs and get as much good quality fatty meat as you can.
