If someone wanted to attack (most likely chinks) then a civil war between the people and their own army would be the best time to do it. The Bidens have given so much to China already, and there is no way that he can win an election, so it is not a far stretch for him to start this shit and cause a big enough distraction to get him and the Obamas out of the country, probably the Clintons too.
