Farmers work from home. I work from home and homestead.
However baristas, lawyers and office managers don't work from home.

Many professions will be worthless if shit does actually hit the fan hard.
I'm guessing HR and Gender Studies professors will have a "challenging" opportunity to show their true value
like farmers? mobile mechanics?
youre just a jealous wagey arent you?
As I stated , there are of course outliers , but the vast majority will be pretty much useless imho
99% of the people are fucked in a true SHTF scenario.
e.g.
SHTF scenario fantasies are the same control mechanism as the left's climate porn.
I look forward to the days of "WTF where is my ubereats!? How am I supposed to eat!?"
The churn is coming.
The lockdowns were very telling. I had no idea how many fucking morons in the city never cooked and never had real food in their house/apartment. They would just eat out for every meal every day. Its fucking absurd. After the sick/chronically ill, they will be the first to go.
Lol, most people have no fucking idea how to survive at a basic level. They'll be throwing themselves off bridges if the internet is off for more than 24 hours
Yeah, they said that over the last few years.
With good reason
Says you.
Starlink allows me to build my kingdom. How many cows do you have? If it’s more than 20, I’ll bite my tongue. Because, that’s how many I have working from home. Deep in a mountain valley.
Everyone working in the city- That’s who’s going to die simply from when the water turns off. I don’t even need a well- gravity fed spring boxes provide my plumbing and drinking water.
Remote workers deep in the mountains will be the survivors because we’re self sufficient. People working in the city are weak and too interdependent. What do you do when you can’t get fuel? I don’t have to go anywhere, but I know dang sure, I have a fuel tank to last me more than a year. Where would you even store that in the city? Would get stolen in a heartbeat. At gunpoint.
