Sure China has plans and they're doing it the right way. Direct attack via landing ships and air support is a no go, the supply chain isn't there for them. A take over would take time, but they'd have to start in Washington. (They already have.) Next troops and supplies. (They're working on it.) 80%? There's plenty of ways to help their takeover along, but that's a seriously long list and I'm not helping them, lol.
