Merry Christmas Eve!
I will be baking two hams and roasting two chickens this morning before transporting them to cousin’s house for dinner. After which, I will come home and start prepping tomorrow’s meal of prime rib roast with a red wine reduction, melting potatoes, French green beans with shallots, and a French apple cake. Busy, busy, busy. There will be time to rest when we are dead. Enjoy the busy! God bless you and everyone of Poal.
