I know now oil pulling is becoming a big thing. I have been doing it over a year now. Along with that I have been using boka toothpaste. My teeth have never been cleaner. Now before I even bought a set of dental tools to scrape my own plague off. Yeah its difficult to do but I no longer need them.

I credit the boka toothpaste for removing plague and stuff, oil pulling for gums. I have used straight up coconut oil for pulling. Now I use some stuff thats I guess purified coconut oil, it doesnt get solid so way easier.

The only time I foresee a dental visit is when a previous filling falls out.

Start using hydroxyapatite toothpaste. I think most of that Boka shit is hydroxyapatite. Wear a mouth guard at night. They are cheap.

and I remember being warned once on Poal to go for rods and not cones on the hydroxyapatite

Yeah there are studies in Europe hypothesizing that the jagged nano hydroxyapatite might cause cellular damage/cancer.

Apagard from Japan is the good stuff. They were first making it for NASA. It's cylindrical and they test to make sure. There's also a Brazilian manufacturer I found a year ago that makes rod shaped hydroxyapatite. I'm not sure what they are putting in the other brands of toothpaste.
