I know now oil pulling is becoming a big thing. I have been doing it over a year now. Along with that I have been using boka toothpaste. My teeth have never been cleaner. Now before I even bought a set of dental tools to scrape my own plague off. Yeah its difficult to do but I no longer need them.

I credit the boka toothpaste for removing plague and stuff, oil pulling for gums. I have used straight up coconut oil for pulling. Now I use some stuff thats I guess purified coconut oil, it doesnt get solid so way easier.

The only time I foresee a dental visit is when a previous filling falls out.

Off topic, but im curious because my father does this as well, but, whats with the inability to tell the difference between a q and a g? You do know its not called plague, yes?

I also suggest baking soda. I used a mixture of salt, baking soda, and cinnamon for 20 years. Went to the dentist after that long and only had one cavity and it was on a wisdom tooth that I can't reach.

I have fluorosis so the dentist was surprised I wasn't worse off but he says the look healthy and strong. I've been going for the cleanings because I actually like this dentist for once. He gave me no issues in replacing my mercury fillings.

My enamel is fucked, I been told it was from when I was a baby with high temp but wtf? They have always said I have strong teeth and when I got a couple pulled it must be true. Evidently I grind my teeth at night although no one I have slept with ever mentioned it.

Yeah same thing with how regular wet wipes aren't flushable or how women's pads and tampons have to go in the trash. People are fucking retarded and when you give them something that's easy to mess up without walking 5 feet they'll find a way.

A good electric toothbrush and daily flossing is really all you need. Well that and the perseverance to use them daily. I haven't had any problems since spending thousands correcting years of neglect.

No, I get it. Me too. If I can avoid going at all to any medical clinic, I do.

I once had a doctor that told me to stop going to him because 99% of time, by the time I go, I'm nearly recovered. It was a waste of money. I never forgot that advice. It has saved me a ton of money.
