I don't recommend it. Even if you roll your own it's an extra optional expense with no tangible upside; just a light buzz if you manage intake properly. Personally I like the occasional cigar and smoke 6 to 8 cigarettes a day. I'm in the car all day so I'm not ever "taking a smoke break" but I can see how it would be a productivity killer in other circumstances.
