Ohio wants to make abortion-on-demand legal for kids without parental consent, legalize recreational weed (which failed last time,) and there are some local issues as well, including school board positions.

They quietly had a special election a few months ago to try to make it hard to ammend the state Constitution (it failed, so it only takes a simple majority to ammend,) So now the abortion issue can be made a Constitutional ammendment quite easily.

Weed failed last time, likely will again as well.

Vote. Ask for a paper ballot.

The amendment will allow abortion to day of birth, and is vague enough that almost any reason is good enough.

Ohio has always been a "lots of people so there's some electoral votes, but otherwise nothing" place. It's odd to see it in the news like this.

They have been hitting the lies and misinformation ops on issues 1 and 2 really hard, with little push-back, whether that's by design or in arrogance I don't know.

Our house will do what we do to stamp out this degeneracy but I fear with the ops being pushed in addition to a citizenry that seems to choose what the TV says opposed to actually reading the bills, these may pass this time. Hoping for the best and expecting the worst.

I hoping the same old fuckers that stopped weed last time will stop abortion as well. Weed will end up legal when enough of the old fuckers die off.
